2023 Fund-A-Need 

Proceeds from this year’s Fund-A-Need supports two critical projects that  must be completed before any interior restoration can begin to restore our city’s precious gem.

• Church Envelope Study. A critical evaluation is taking place. Forty-four sensors have been installed throughout the Church to record interior humidity and temperatures through Minnesota’s changing seasons. Information gathered will be analyzed to identify solutions to prevent further moisture damage inside the Church and protect future restoration efforts.
  
  
• Bell Towers. Moisture is wreaking havoc and could destabilize the bell tower and further damage the church interior, if not addressed. This project addresses needed repairs, drainage, and critical re-pointing to prevent further damage from moisture incursion.
