The Cowley Building requires the replacement of three condensers on the high roof to repair the A/C system in this building. Additionally, the built-up roof and copper panels on the Cowley roof have exceeded their intended design lives and have numerous deficiencies. Transite panels supporting the copper panels will also need to be removed and abated at the time of roof replacement. The Cowley building has incurred water damage from one known leak as a result.
